Thursday: Brady, Jon and I visited A&E Tax Service to consult with them about our non-profit organisation. It was a light-hearted and educational meeting. They'll probably be doing our payroll for us if/when we decide to have a "payroll". We'll go over details at the next meeting. A&E referred us to a lawyer named Kohel Haver who specialises in non-profit art organisations. Friday: I talked to Kohel Haver on the phone. We're going to meet with him next week. Like the A&E folks, he says we should dissolve the corporation in Nebraska and re-incorporate here in Oregon. He told me which forms I needed to grab off the IRS site. I'll be getting those tonight and going over them this weekend. Next meeting: Tuesday night, 6pm, Gracie's Bird Cage. Does that work for everyone? ...e
