I'm thinking I'll just change the title instead... something Lovecraftian, such as "The Mammarial Horror" or "The Suckling Madness" or "The Strange Case of Lydia H.: Postpartum Cannibalism" . you could turn the baby's head more toward the front so that the baby is more laying it's head on the mama. Babies aren't so "upright" as this one. Also, this baby looks like it isn't getting much air.
