Grid poem

I was consumed by a passion, a madness for of cosmerhea and deliri um, so using sixteen pixels as a constant I arrived in sickness. They shouted to stand on my tongue until mt eyes turn numb because we got a long way to go, and a short trip to the can. our bladders like boiling stomachs (and yet it's kind of a good feeling too, if ya know what I mean) told us that what we were doing and the way we were doing it were A-OK.
