thanks for being one of the "old timers". when i first wrote the stats thing, i had to check things twice to make sure the numbers were real. thats a lot of love, a lot of art, a lot of flame wars, and a *whole lot* of pixels. even bigger thanks to everyone who has popped open photoshop, gimp, taken a picture, searched google, or scanned something to make it all happen. the thing that kinda blows me away is that, at least in some sorta abstract sense, those very first pixels painted are still affecting us today...
