i am pretty sure and/or guessing that it is a fabricated word made from the (american?) slang word *vibe*, as in "bad vibes" (short for vibration). roughly, "vibial" makes it an adjective (from the verb "to vibe", meaning basically ''to go along smoothly with''), and anti- (of course) being against such behavior.

or at least that is what i think! --grin--
