In this case JER dint reserve pieces to upload anything, but to delay my work for 2 hours just to "test my commitment". Well I guess I better be glad he dint upload some crap just to make even more annoyance. :P I hate when ppl are reserverving squares for 2 hours without uploading anything. They better cancel the reservation if no work is gonna be done.
