Well I learned it on my own. I was having fun playing with my pictures and thought...hhhmmm....wonder if others know they can do this? So this is for people who don't already know they can cut out a picture, paste it on a cheap background and blur the edges. Its nice you know it all... but not everyone does. I was thinking of them and wanted to share....OK?
