Description:Duality is an autobiographical exploration of the artist's emotions -- an expression of the moment. It is composed of electronically manipulated photographs selected by the artist in an unconsious symbolic process. Melanie Mitchell finds that she is her own best source of raw material, a source of body parts and emotions that can be twisted and moulded freely.
