Description:This is an illustration for the Dave Roche book "On Subbing: The First Four Years", published by Microcosm Publishing. Dave, former substitute aide for Portland Public Schools and ex-mayoral candidate, got together a bunch of us local cartoonists to pepper the book with illustrations. I am honored to be a part. This particular drawing goes along with a a passage about a mishap with sports equipment.
