Description:Both - I tried to find an image that will remind me of a nightmare I had. It was very difficult!!! The more I tried to visualize and remember it the fainter it became. The result is not 100% of what I wanted. But it serves as a reminder that something good (art) can quite often be the result of something bad. (And it is very creepy)
