Grid poem

Trueman, the first springer spaniel in space, was one of the pioneers who left our solar system. Then the comet-riding speed freaks put their keys in the ignition and pace avow fob before it's too late! His earrings had morphed his Talosian worldview into something reminiscent of a tendrilled bottom dweller.
