note: for way-old levels (i.e. before we used a database!) the timestamps are probably off, or guesses, or (in some /very/ old cases) the same for all pieces on the level. this will result in wacky or, at best, incorrect ordering. i think this all applies only to levels less than maybe 800 or something. i cant remember. haha
