Discussion Notification is a way to receive email when someone posts a discussion message. This email will contain the full body of the discussion message. You can receive these emails based on several different criteria:

1. Your topic - you will receive posts to your own personal discussion topic via email

2. Replies to your post - you will be emailed any message which is a response to a post by you

3. By topic - choose any of the discussion topics to receive an email when someone posts to that/those topics

These options allows you to choose to simply reply to the person privately via email, or to return to the SITO web site where you can login and post a reply in the discussion.
