Description:I did this for DGT's Gridiosynchracy project. I was trying to imitate SNY's ink style, but his work has an attention to detail and honest weirdness that touches on schizophrenia. I mean that as a compliment. I did several sketches trying to capture a glimmer of the quality his work has, then did a 6 inch square in my notebook. I think my scanner wasn't working, so I took a photo with my digital camera, loaded it up and worked it a bit in The GIMP, adding color and cleaning up the lines. When I scaled it down to 150 pixels square for Gridiosynchracy, some important detail was lost.
